Somatic Practice - group community sessions, private small group and one-to-ones. Includes exercise therapy to assist with recovery and adaptation, yoga, resistance training, and trauma-informed movement. £30-£50 per hour

Holding Space, Companionship, including overnight support, accompanying to appointments, and advocacy. £20 per hour

Sacred Listening - ancestral grief, bereavement support, spiritual and emotional support. £30-£50 per hour

Funeral Planning, including conducting the service and after-support. £300-£500

Educational Workshops - whether in a workplace or community setting, in-person or online bespoke sessions are tailored to the group. Sessions might be about dying, death, grief, end-of-life planning, or about healthy lifestyle, flourishing, walking, or about spiritual practice, philosophy and ethics
